Policies & Statements

Our policies help ensure that every school within The Keys Academy Trust operates safely, effectively and in line with our shared values and statutory responsibilities. To support consistency, reduce duplication and minimise workload for school leaders, policies are developed, maintained and approved centrally wherever appropriate, ensuring a coherent approach throughout the Trust. The Trust-wide policies listed below apply to all of our schools and central team. For policies that relate specifically to an individual school, such as: Admissions, Attendance, Behaviour, Premises Hire, Relationships and Sex Education (RSE) and Safeguarding, please visit the relevant school's website where these documents are published separately. The TKAT HR policies are available internally to staff.
