The Trust has five Members:

Oxford Diocesan Board of Education (ODBE)

The corporate ODBE is a member of all of the academy companies currently established in the Diocese of Oxford (there are over 20).

The ODBE has authorised a number of individuals to act as its nominee and has nominated Gordon Joyner, Deputy Director Education (Resources) to represent the ODBE at meetings for this academy trust.  If Gordon Joyner were unavailable for a specific meeting, the Oxford Diocesan Board of Education would usually send one of the School Advisers from the ODBE.
