We are looking to appoint an experienced Payroll and Pensions Administrator to work within The Keys Academy Trust.  Established in 2017, The Keys Academy Trust, currently has 11 schools in the Wokingham and Bracknell area, and employs over 400 people, with plans to continue to grow in the coming years.

This is a unique opportunity to work 48 weeks per year with a generous 6 weeks annual leave entitlement plus bank holidays.

The main accountabilities are:

  • To liaise with the Trust’s payroll provider on a monthly basis.  Ensuring the external payroll provider has correct and up-to-date information on pay increments, cost of living increases and other changes to salaries and the allowances structure, processing this information as required.
  • To provide schools in the Trust with the monthly and annual payroll reports
  • Be the first point of contact for all payroll and pension queries and undertaking calculations relating to queries, over and under payments
  • To assist in the pension administration of both the Local Government Pension Scheme and the Teachers’ Pension Scheme.
  • Administration of the trust’s childcare voucher processes and other salary sacrifice schemes, such as the cycle to work scheme, including inputting and processing associated transactions into the payroll system.
  • To support schools in the processing of payroll information
  • To support the annual external audit and any other HMRC inspections, internal audit or other investigations as required

The Coombes CE Primary School is looking for an outstanding EYFS teacher with responsibility for two reception classes and a Nursery. You will lead our friendly, committed and hardworking EYFS team to provide the highest quality provision- all within our beautifully refurbished setting! You will be an active member of the Senior Leadership Team and be an instrumental part in shaping the strategic direction of the school as well as improving the provision for all pupils within Early Years. Your leadership will ensure that the provision within this pivotal phase of children's education gives every child an inspirational start to school.
