Earley St Peter’s Achieves Strong Ofsted Outcome Under New Framework

The Keys Academy Trust is delighted to celebrate the recent Ofsted inspection of Earley St Peter’s C of E Primary School, which secured a highly positive outcome under the new, Ofsted inspection framework. As the first school within the Trust to be inspected under these updated arrangements, this achievement represents a significant milestone for both the school and The Keys.

The report highlights the exceptional strength of provision across multiple areas, including Early Years, inclusion, pupils’ personal development and wellbeing, and the positive culture that underpins daily school life. Inspectors praised the school’s ambitious curriculum, its nurturing environment, and the way pupils thrive both academically and personally. They recognised leaders’ clarity of vision, the strong safeguarding culture, and the confident, articulate learners who embody the school’s Christian values.

Showcasing the Power of Trust Collaboration
One of the most affirming aspects of the inspection is the explicit recognition of the collaborative strength across The Keys Academy Trust. Inspectors noted the effective partnership between the school and trust teams, highlighting how the sharing of expertise, professional development, and robust leadership support all contribute to high‑quality provision.

At The Keys, we believe that schools flourish when they are part of a collaborative, professionally ambitious community. Earley St Peter’s exemplifies this ethos: not only benefiting from trust‑wide networks, but also actively contributing expertise to support other schools.

A Team Effort Worth Celebrating
This outcome is the result of the dedication, professionalism, and care shown by every member of staff at Earley St Peter’s. From Early Years to Year 6, from teaching staff to support teams, the school demonstrates what can be achieved when strong values, high expectations, and thoughtful leadership come together.

We are incredibly proud of the school’s achievements and grateful for the way the team continues to strengthen practice across the trust by sharing their knowledge so generously.

Looking Ahead
As we continue to support all of our schools through the new inspection framework, this report serves as a powerful example of what can be accomplished through shared expertise, trust‑wide collaboration, and a collective commitment to excellence.

Congratulations to everyone at Earley St Peter’s on this well‑deserved outcome.
